Smooth and Berries

Fresh berries and herbs. Cold, frozen, refreshing. Quick and efficient. Small pleasures that everyone deserves.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of frozen or fresh berries
  • 1/2 of frozen or fresh banana
  • 10 leaves of fresh mint
  • 2 cups of low-fat yoghurt

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the mint leaves. 
  2. Decorate with mint and a few extra berries. 
  3. Drink slowly, smile and go ride a bike.
