Tomates & Herbs Salad

Duis mollis, est non commodo luctus, nisi erat porttitor ligula, eget lacinia odio sem nec elit. Fusce dapibus, tellus ac cursus commodo, tortor mauris condimentum nibh, ut fermentum massa justo sit amet risus. Maecenas faucibus mollis interdum.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of tomatoes
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Extra-virgin olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, for drizzling
  • 1 cup mixed fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil, mint and coriander

Preparation:

  1. Arrange tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle herbs all over tomatoes. Serve immediately with some fresh white bread.
